NOTICE
On February 20, 2018, Donald R. Abner, dba Ambassadors Limousine (Applicant), filed an application for a certificate to operate as a common carrier providing specialized limousine service to railroad employees in Boone, Cabell, Clay, Fayette, Greenbrier, Kanawha, Logan, Mercer, Putnam, Raleigh, Summers, and Wayne Counties. The proposed certificate and rates are as follows:
To operate as a common carrier by specialized limousine for the transportation of
railroad employees between points and places in Boone, Cabell, Clay, Fayette,
Greenbrier, Kanawha, Logan, Mercer, Putnam, Raleigh, Summers, and Wayne
Counties on one hand, and points and places in West Virginia.
Limousine Rate:
$50.00 per hour
Anyone desiring to protest or intervene should file a written protest or notice of intervention within ten days following the date of this publication unless otherwise modified by Commission order. If no protests are received, the Commission may waive formal hearing and render its decision on the application based on the evidence submitted with the application and the Commission’s review thereof. Requests to intervene must comply with the Commission’s rules on intervention set forth in the Commission’s Rules of Practice and Procedure.
