FILING AND HEARING
On September 5, 2018, TLC Property Maintenance, Inc. files an application with the Public Service Commission of West Virginia for a permit to operate as a contract carrier by motor vehicle hauling waste tires for the West Virginia Division of Environmental Protection (DEP) associated with the DEP’s clean-up projects. TLC Property Maintenance, Inc. requested authority statewide. Anyone desiring to make an objection to the application must do so in writing, within ten day after publication of this notice to the Executive Secretary, Public Service Commission, P.O. Box 812, Charleston, WV 25323. Motions to intervene in the proceeding shall be filled within this same ten day period of time and comply with the Commission’s Rule regarding motions to intervene.
The matter has been protested.
The matter has been set for hearing on January 8, 2019 at 9:30 a.m. in the Howard Cunningham Hearing Room, Public Service Commission Building, 201 Brooks Street, Charleston, WV. Interested individuals may appear at hearing and be heard regarding the application.
