Ambassador Limousine and Taxi Service. NOTICE

 

On January 13. 2020, the Applicant, Donald R. Abner (Applicant), filed an application for the transfer of P.S.C. M.C. Certificate No. 7508 from Donna Williams, the seller, dba Classic Limousine Service, Inc. (Classic Limousine). The assets being transferred are as follows: (1). 2002 Lincoln Town Car; (2). 2006 Ford F550; (3). 2006 Lincoln Town Car; and (4) 2007 Lincoln Town Car. M.C. 7508 authorizes its owner to provide limousine service in Boone, Fayette, McDowell, Mercer, Nicholas, Raleigh, Summers and Wyoming Counties.

On April 10, 2020, Commission Staff filed its Final Joint Staff Memorandum recommending the application be approved, if there are no protests, after proper publication.

Anyone desiring to protest or intervene should file a written protest or notice of intervention within ten days following the date of this publication unless otherwise modified by Commission order. If no protests are received, the Commission may waive formal hearing and render its decision on the application based on the evidence submitted with the application and the Commission’s review thereof. Requests to intervene must comply with the Commission’s rules on intervention set forth in the Commission’s Rules of Practice and Procedure.
