A public auction will be held on October 7, 2016 at 9:00 AM by Mountain State Land Company.
Steve Hunter Auctioneer, WV Auctioneer License #573. The contents of two Self-Storage Units, #7 and #8 will be sold in auction format. Only cash or cashier’s check will be accepted as a form of payment. Inspection of the contents of the storage units can be done at 8:45 AM on October 7, 2016.
The units are located at 155 Seneca Trail, Fairlea, WV behind American Home Patient and off of Anderson Street.
