All Season Storage and Rentals L.L.C. in White Sulphur Springs WV is having a public auction of unpaid units and abandoned units. The auction will be November 23rd located at All Season Storage Units – Rt 60 East, WSS, WV. 24986 at 10:00 AM. The units are 9, 16, 18, 24, 31, 45, 50, 74, 83, 90, 132, and 136 and some abandoned units. Forms of payment include: cash, money orders, and checks. All units purchased will have a refundable $50 cleaning deposit per unit. The buyer will have 1 week from date of auction to clean unit completely to receive the cleaning deposit back. A purchaser in good faith of any personal property sold or otherwise disposed of pursuant to article 38-14-5 takes the property free and clear of any rights of persons against whom the lien was valid. Any notice made pursuant to this section is presumed delivered when it is deposited with USPS and properly addresses (with the last known address) with postage prepaid.
