“Vigilant Global is proposing to construct a telecommunications site at 1250 Wild Boar Road, Augusta, WV 26704. The site will consist of a 100’ communications tower and respective ground equipment. The tower and shelter will be enclosed within a 40’x 60’ wooden fenced compound. As an opportunity to better inform the public, a minimum of 3ft diameter, brightly colored balloon will be raised to the maximum height of the proposed tower at the proposed tower location. The balloon will be flown between the hours of 8:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. on April 27th, 2015.
