Harpers Ferry Town Council
The Town Council of the Corporation of Harpers Ferry will hold a Public Hearing at 7:00 PM on June 29, 2015 to consider amendments to Part 13-Project and Zoning Code and Part 17-Building, Land Use and Subdivision Code. The amendment proposals include a revised Sign Ordinance and deletion of several Articles as well as a number of minor additions and adjustments.
All persons and agencies having an interest in these amendments are invited to attend this hearing and to make their comments known. Written comments may be sent to the Town Council, PO Box 217, Harpers Ferry, WV 25425 and will be considered if received before the date of the Public Hearing. Copies of the proposed amendments may be reviewed in the Office of the Town Council beginning June 15, 2015 and will be posted via the Town website after that date.
