Public Hearing

The City of Fairmont’s Board of Zoning Appeals will hold a public hearing for the following request on July 2, 2015 at 7:00 P.M. at the Public Safety Building, 500 Quincy Street, at which time interested persons may appear and be heard.
1. James Robert Hendricks is requesting a 10’ accessory structure setback variance (Article 3.1.2, F) to construct a garage at 610 Fifth Street (Tax Map 03-03, Parcel 97).
