WORTHINGTON
Notice is hereby given that the Town of Worthington, a municipality, will hold a hearing before the final vote on a proposed ordinance, the principal object of which is the increase of sewer rates for customers of the sewer system operated by the Town of Worthington. The title of such ordinance is “An Ordinance Authorizing an Increase in Rates for the Bulk Service Customers of the Town of Worthington.” The rates and charges being proposed are:
The rates and charges for the services of the sewer system of the Town of Worthington shall apply as set forth in Tariff P.S.C. W.Va. No. 7, currently in effect, except the following rates and charges for Bulk Service shall apply as hereinafter provided:

APPLICABILITY
Applicable in the entire territory or area served.
AVAILABILITY
Available for Bulk Rate customers.
RATE
All wastewater will be treated at the approved rate of $6.46 per 1,000 gallons of metered flow usage.
The final vote on adoption of said proposed ordinance shall be held in the Council Chambers of the Town of Worthington Town Hall, 247 Main Street, Worthington, West Virginia, on July 31, 2015, at six o’clock (6:00) P.M. Interested parties may appear and be heard at such time with respect to the passage of the proposed ordinance. Copies of the proposed ordinance are available at the Office of the Mayor, Worthington Town Hall, in Worthington, during regular office hours.
