The City of Fairmont’s Board of Zoning Appeals will hold a public hearing for the following request on August 6, 2015 at 7:00 P.M. at the Public Safety Building, 500 Quincy Street, at which time interested persons may appear and be heard.
1. Mottie Pavone is appealing the administrative decision of the Fairmont Building Inspector regarding a nonconforming billboard along Locust Avenue (Tax Map 01-11, Parcel 14).
