The Town Council of the Corporation of Harpers Ferry will hold a Public Hearing at 6:30 PM on August 13, 2015 to consider an amendment to Article 1303.99 of Part 13-Project and Zoning Code.
All persons and agencies having an interest in this amendment are invited to attend this hearing and to make their comments known. Written comments may be sent to the Town Council, PO Box 217, Harpers Ferry, WV 25425 and will be considered if received before the date of the Public Hearing. A copy of the proposed amendment may be reviewed in the Office of the Town Council beginning August 6, 2015 and will be posted via the Town website on that date or at https://sites.google.com/site/harpersferryplanningcommission
