The City of Fairmont’s Board of Zoning Appeals will hold a public hearing for the following request on October 1, 2015 at 7:00 P.M. at the Public Safety Building, 500 Quincy Street, at which time interested persons may appear and be heard.
1. Miller School Associates, LLC is requesting a variance from Article 5.4.2.A Parking Requirements to permit a reduction in parking for the Miller Schools Apartments project. The Planning and Zoning Code requires 1 parking space per bedroom for multi-family residential. The proposed plan provides 70 bedrooms and 53 parking spaces.
