The City of Fairmont’s International Board of appeals will hold a public hearing for the following request on October 8, 2015, at 5:30 P.M. at the Public Safety Building, 500 Quincy street, at which time interested persons may appear and be heard.
1) Election of Chairman/Vice Chariman
2) James Wharton is appealing an Administrative decision by the City of Fairmont Code Enforcement Officer, of the 2012 International Property Maintenance Code 102.8 for the rental located at 503 Benoni Avenue – Apt. 1-2-3.
