The Clay County Solid Waste Authority will hold a 2nd public hearing concerning the five-year updates of the Clay County Solid Waste Authority’s Comprehensive Litter and Solid Waste Control Plan and the Commercial Solid Waste Facility Siting Plan. The hearing will take place at the Clay County Solid Waste Authority’s Office at 155 Main Street, Clay, WV, on Friday, April 15th, at 1:00 PM, during which time public comments will be heard. These plans may be reviewed at the Clay County Public Library, Clay County Clerk’s Office and the Region III Planning & Development Council Office in South Charleston, WV. Written comments will be accepted until Tuesday, April 25th, and may be mailed to the Clay County Solid Waste Authority at PO Box 35, Clay, WV 25043.
