BLOCK GRANT APPLICATION PROPOSAL
Blue Knob Waterline Extension
March 3, 2015, 5:00 p.m.

The Town of Clay has chosen the Blue Knob Waterline Extension as its project to apply for HUD-Small Cities Block Grant funds administered by the State of West Virginia. The Town will conduct a public hearing to obtain the views and comments concerning this and all other projects by the citizens of the Town concerning community development and housing needs and the needs of low and moderate income persons. The Town will consider all views and comments when it submits its block grant proposal to the State of West Virginia.
The public hearing is scheduled for March 3rd, 2015, 5:00 p.m., at the Town of Clay Council Chambers, Clay, WV. Citizens are urged to attend this meeting and express their views or submit written comments by the above date to the Honorable Ryan Clifton, Mayor, Town of Clay, P.O. Box 55, Clay, WV 25043.
