44A & 44L, & 47A & 47L
The County Commission of Upshur County, West Virginia (Commission) will hold a public meeting at 9:15 a.m. on Thursday, July 23, 2015 in the Commission Meeting Chambers (Room 301) of the Upshur County Courthouse Annex located at 38 West Main Street, Buckhannon, West Virginia to consider final adoption and approval of an Order regarding the consolidation of certain precincts. The Order will consolidate precincts 18A & 18L (Fred Eberle Technical Center) into precinct 18, precincts 20A & 20L (Buckhannon Upshur Middle School) into precinct 20, precincts 27A & 27L (French Creek Elementary School) into precinct 27, precincts 37A & 37L (Union District Elementary School) into precinct 37, precincts 39A & 39L (Hodgesville Elementary School) into precinct 39, precincts 44A & 44L (Buckhannon Upshur Middle School) into precinct 44, and precincts 47A & 47L (Washington District Elementary School) into precinct 47. The Order will make no changes to the geographical boundaries to the precincts. Any individual may appear at this meeting or submit written comments before that date to the following address:
