TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN AND OTHER INTERESTED PERSONS

Take note that on Monday, July 29, 2019, at 8:00 a.m. in the Board of Directors Room, Municipal Complex, 200 Rogers Street, Bluefield, West Virginia 24701. The Planning Commission of the City of Bluefield, sitting as the Zoning Commission of said city will hold a public hearing upon and thereafter make its recommendation to the Board of Directors.

(1) An application by Bluestone Health Association, Inc. to apply for a PUD (Planned Unit Development) to build a building for a medical office clinic, being designated as Tract ‘A’ of approximately 5.00 acres of Tax Map 52 part of Parcel 15 and currently zoned R-1 (single family residential district).

The property is bounded on the North by Cumberland Road (Fincastle Turnpike), Bounded on the East by a tract B designation of 8.56 acres from Tax Map 52 and Parcel 15, being owned by the Mercer County Board of Education. Bounded on the South by Tax Map 52 and Parcel 15.1 owned by the West Virginia Department of Highways, and Tax Map 52, Parcel 15.2 owned by Paul C. Thomas III, and the remainder of Tax Map 52, Parcel 15 and being approximately 5.88 owned by P.C. Thomas Living Trust, Bounded on the West by Tax Map 43, Parcel 157 owned by J. William Crowe, Anne Crowe and Three Spring Farms, Limited Property.
