In compliance with the Code of West Virginia there will be a Public Hearing to consider Amendments to the Hampshire County Subdivision and Land Development Ordinance on February 17, 2016 in the Courtroom of the Hampshire County Courthouse at 7:00 p.m. The hearing will consider Section 5.1 Types of Minor Subdivisions and Land Development. The hearing will also consider amendments to Section 6.2 High Density Housing Standards, Section 6.4 Class II Residential Standards, Section 6.6 Manufactured Home or Mobile Home Parks Standards, and Section 6.9 Recreational Vehicle Parks or Campground Standards. Article 23 Fee Schedule will also be considered. All interested citizens are invited to attend.
