Public Hearing Notice
The Shepherdstown Planning Commission will hold a public hearing on Monday, July 18, 2016, at 6:30 p.m. at the Shepherdstown Town Hall located at 104 North King Street, Shepherdstown. The purpose of the public hearing is to receive public comment on the proposed revision to Chapter 1 of Title 9 of the Code of Shepherdstown relating to Members, Terms of Office, Vacancies, resulting in a reduction in membership from nine (9) members to seven (7) members. Interested persons may appear at the public hearing to be heard with respect to the proposed ordinance. Copies of the proposed ordinance are available at Town Hall and on our website www.shepherdstown.us .
