PUBLIC HEARING
NOTICE
In accordance with Chapter 8A, Article 5, Section 8 of the Code of West Virginia 2004, as amended, the Berkeley County Planning Commission will hold a public hearing to consider the public comments on the following projects:
REQUEST FOR FINAL PLAT APPROVAL:
Nestle Woods, Section 2A: The property is
located on the east side of Nestle Quarry Road
(WV Sec. Rt. 1/1),
approximately 0.6 miles north of the intersection of Grade Road (WV Rt. 1),
in the Falling Waters
Tax District. The Final
Plat proposes the development of 12 single-family lots on
approximately 53.48 acres, to be served by private well and septic.

REQUEST FOR FINAL PLAT APPROVAL: Bridle Creek, Phase 6, Section 1, Lots 419-447 & 472-476: The property is located along the east and west sides of Barrel Race Road within the Bridle Creek subdivision, in the Opequon Tax District. The Final Plat proposes the development of 34 single-family lots on
approximately 12.54 acres, to be served by public water and sewer. File #058-18
REQUEST FOR WAIVER: Snooks Lane Storage: The property is located on the south side of Snooks Lane (WV Sec. Rt. 19/10), 800′ east of its intersection with WV Sec. Rt. 19/1, in the Arden Tax District. The developer is requesting a waiver to the Berkeley County Subdivision Ordinance (2009)
Article 8, Section 801.1.10, requiring paved off-street parking.

The PUBLIC HEARING will be held on Monday, December 16, 2019, in the Planning Commission Chambers, 400 West Stephen Street, in the
City of Martinsburg at
6:00 p.m. All persons and agencies having an
interest on said plats are invited to attend this
hearing and make their comments known. In the event that an unforeseen circumstance would cause the Planning Commission to cancel the scheduled meeting, a back-up public hearing date of Monday January 6, 2020
will be utilized.
