In accordance with Chapter 8A, Article 5, Section 8 of the Code of West Virginia 2004, as amended, the Martinsburg Planning Commission will hold a public hearing to consider the public comment on the following:
SITE PLAN APPROVAL: The property is located on the south side of Professional Court approximately 400 feet from its intersection with North Tennessee Avenue and identified on Berkeley County Tax Map as M4D Parcel 9.9. The applicant is proposing a Dance Studio and associated parking. Case #SP-19-00046.
A hearing will be held on the proposed amendments on Wednesday, January 8, 2020 at
6:00 p.m. in the Council Chambers at City Hall, 232 N. Queen Street,
Martinsburg, West
Virginia. In the event that an unforeseen circumstance would cause the Planning Commission to cancel the scheduled meeting, a back-up public hearing date of
Wednesday, February 5, 2020 will be utilized.
Application is on file in the City Planner’s Office.
