PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE
CITY OF RANSON
Ranson City Council will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, August 19, 2025, at 7 pm at Ranson City Hall, 312 S. Mildred Street, Ranson, WV. The purpose of the public hearing is to accept public comments on a petition to rezone the following District 08, Map 10, Parcel 4, 081000400000000 located off War Admiral Blvd, Ranson, WV 25438 (Consisting of 9.52 acres) from MUX (Retired) to SmartCode New Community (T5).
Copies of the proposed zoning amendment are available upon request from the Community Development Department. All persons are invited to attend and make comments about the proposed amendment. If you cannot attend but wish to comment, you may write to the following address prior to August 19, 2025: City of Ranson, Attn: [email protected]. Written comments received prior to August 19, 2025, will be provided to the Ranson City Council and inserted into the official record.
