CITY OF RANSON
NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING – The Ranson City Council will hold a public hearing on December 16, 2025, at 7:00 pm at Ranson City Hall, 312 S. Mildred Street, Ranson, WV. The purpose of the public hearing is to accept public comments to Ordinance 2025-06 An Ordinance of the Ranson City Council, Authorizing and Approving the Annexation by Petition of Certain Property, commonly known as Briar Run Estates, Phases One, Two and Three into the City of Ranson Pursuant to West Viriginia Code §8-6-4a. Documents are available during regular office hours of 8:00 am – 4:00 pm weekdays, excluding holidays at City Hall. All persons are invited to attend and make comments about the proposal.
If you cannot attend but wish to comment, you may use the mailing process, and it must be received at the following address prior to December 16, 2025: City of Ranson, Attn: City Clerk, 312 S. Mildred Street, Ranson, WV 25438 or emailing at [email protected] Written Comments received prior to December 16, 2025, will be provided to the Ranson City Council and inserted into the official record.
