PUBLIC HEARING TOWN OF BUFFALO BLOCK GRANT APPLICATION PROPOSAL Thursday, March 26th, 2026 5:45 p.m. The Town of Buffalo has chosen the storm sewer project on Railroad and Frazier Avenue for their grant application through the HUD-Community Development Block Grant funds administered by the State of West Virginia. The Town will conduct a public hearing to obtain the views on this and any other worthwhile project and receive comments of their citizens of the Town concerning community development, slum and blight and housing needs and the needs of low-and-moderate income persons. The public hearing is scheduled for Thursday, March 26th, 2026 at 5:45 p.m. at the Town of Buffalo Council Chambers, Buffalo, WV.
