Public Notice is hereby given that the Greenbrier County Board of Zoning Appeals will conduct a Public Hearing on Tuesday, April 5, 2016, at 7:00 p.m. in the Main Floor Courtroom of the Greenbrier County Courthouse.
PUBLIC HEARING 1: The Board will consider the request and application of Phillip or Linda Boggs for a Variance from the Greenbrier County Zoning Ordinance. The appellant request a front year setback variance in order to install a two car garage on the property at 252 Clearview Drive, Lewisburg. The subject property is zoned Residential, located in the Lewisburg district, described in Deed Book 438, on Page 72, on Tax Map 13L as Parcel 114.
