NOTICE OF AN OPPORTUNITY FOR
PUBLIC MEETING AND COMMENT ON THE
PROPOSED ABANDONMENT IN ITS ENTIRETY OF COUNTY ROUTE 250/80 (0.26 MILE) LOCATED IN MARION COUNTY, WEST VIRGINIA
The West Virginia Division of Highways hereby provides notice of the proposed abandonment in its entirety of County Route 250/80, beginning at a point on US 250, said point being 0.51 mile south of the junction of US 250 and CR 73/73; thence, extending southerly 0.15 mile; thence easterly 0.11 mile and ending at a second junction of CR 250/80 and US 250, as located in Marion County, West Virginia. Total length to be abandoned is 0.26 mile.
The District is requesting the abandonment on behalf of the Town of White Hall.
