Public Meeting Notice The Oak Hill Sanitary Board will conduct a public Hearing on February 2, 2016, 1 p.m. at City Hall, 100 Kelly Avenue, Oak Hill WV in the City Council Chambers. The purpose of this public hearing will be to share information and invite public comment concerning the Oak Hill Sewer Improvement Project. Topics to be discussed include general scope and process of the project, anticipated time period for the construction, engineering aspects, areas affected by construction, project cost and anticipated post project rates.
