PUBLIC HEARING
NOTICE
In accordance with Chapter 8A, Article 5, Section 8 of the Code of West Virginia 2004, as amended, the Berkeley County Planning Commission will hold a public hearing to consider the public comments on the following projects:
REQUEST FOR FINAL PLAT APPROVAL: The Lakes at Martinsburg, Section 2, Lots 115-174: The property is located along Weaver Lane, approximately ½ mile west of its intersection with US Route 11, north of Martinsburg, in the Falling Waters Tax District. The final plat is proposing 60 townhome lots on approximately 7.03 acres, to be served by public water and sewer.

REQUEST FOR FINAL PLAT APPROVAL: Cold Spring Run – Phase 4: The property is located on Kelly Island Road (WV RT 9/13), approximately 2,000′ north of Paynes Ford Road (WV RT 19), in the Arden Tax District. The final plat is proposing 26 residential lots, on approximately 10 acres, to be served by public water and sewer.

The PUBLIC HEARING will be held on Monday, August 16, 2021, in the Planning Commission Chambers, 400 West Stephen Street, in the City of Martinsburg at 6:00 p.m. All persons and agencies having an interest on said plats are invited to participate in this hearing and make their comments known. In the event that an unforeseen circumstance would cause the Planning Commission to cancel the scheduled meeting, a back-up public hearing date of Tuesday, September 7, 2021 will
be utilized.
