Surveillance and Access Proposals for Surveillance and Door Access will be received by West Virginia Northern Community College until 2:00 p.m. on September 6, 2021 at which time all bids will be publically opened and read aloud. All bids must be submitted in accordance with the requirements stipulated in the Request for Proposal (RFP) to be considered.
After the opening, the bids will be compared for quality, thoroughness, and cost by the College.
