PUBLIC HEARING
NOTICE
In accordance with Chapter 8A, Article 5, Section 8 of the Code of West Virginia 2004, as amended, the Berkeley County Planning
Commission will hold a public hearing to consider the public comments on the following projects:
REQUEST FOR SKETCH PLAN APPROVAL:
Crown Pointe Phase 8: The property is located on SEC Rt.8, two miles west of Nipetown, in the Falling Waters Tax District. This project proposes 7 single family lots on approximately 14.08 acres, to be served by private well and septic.

The PUBLIC HEARING will be held on Monday, August 16, 2021, in the Planning Commission Chambers, 400 West Stephen Street, in the
City of Martinsburg at
6:00 p.m. All persons and agencies having an interest on said plats are invited to participate in this hearing and make their comments known. In the event that an unforeseen circumstance would cause the Planning Commission to cancel the scheduled meeting, a back-up public hearing date of Tuesday, September 7, 2021 will be utilized.
