NOTICE OF SALE OF CHURCH PROPERTY
Please take notice that “1e Trustees of the North Oistrict of The West Virginia Conference of The United Methodist Church intend to sell and transfer the following described property, constituting the present District parsonage, with a mailing address of 409 Jefferson Street, Glen Dale, West Virginia 26038, which property is described generally as PT WT 11 DN 3 GLEN IMP CO, Glendale District, Marshall County, West Virginia and is more particularly as follows:
That certain parcel or piece of real estate situate in [the former] Washington District, Marshall County, West Virginia, and more particularly bounded and described as Lot Numbered Eleven (11), in Division Number Three (3), of “GLENDALE”, a plat of which”GLENDALE” is to be found ofrecord in the office ofthe Clerk ofthe County Commission ofMarshall County, West Virginia, in Deed Book No. 37, page 600, and an amended plat, having certain additions thereto, is of record in Deed Book No. 38, page 542, both of said Marshall County records.
There is excepted from the above described parcel the following parcel which was conveyed by Paul. W. Koenemund and Virginia R. Koenemund, his wife, to Erdogan Y. Baysal and Evelyn M. Baysal by deed dated June 23, 1976 and recorded in Marshall County Deed Book 459, at page 287:
The following described real estate situated in the Town of Glen Dale, in [the former] Washington District, Marshall County, West Virginia, and being part of what has heretofore been generally known as 502 Washington Avenue, Glen Dale, West Virginia, and more particularly described as follows:
Beginning at an iron pin at the East line of Washington Avenue, and in the North line of Lot 11, Division Number 3, Glen Dale, as recorded in the records of Marshall County in Plat Book 2, page 39; thence with said North line, N. 79* 15′ E. 326.1 feet to an iron pin; thence S. 2* 09′ E. 133.28 feet to a point in the South line of said Lot 11; thence with South Line S. 69b 20′ W. 322.5 feet to an iron pin in the East line of said Washington Avenue; thence with said East line with a curve to the right, having a radius of 561.7 feet, 189.5 feet to the place of beginning, containing 51,909 square feet, more or less, according to a survey by Marshall Engineers and Surveyors, Inc.
Such property is the same property conveyed to Harley L. Gatts, Frank A. Jackson, Robert P. Johnson, Robert M. Joseph, Raymond G. McKitrick, Julia Morrison, Gamet S. Persinger, John N. Varlas, and Mara L. Watson, predecessors in office to the present first parties as trustees ofthe Northern District of The West Virginia Conference of The United Methodist Church, by deed of Norman E. Wood and Kimberly Ann Wood, husband and wife, dated September 4, 2003, of record in the said County Clerk’s office in Deed Book 633 at page 561.
There is further granted to the parties of the second part, their successors and assigns, a certain right- of-way, per the said deed of September 4, 2003, as follows:
The owners of the above property, and their successors, [shall] have a right-of-way approximately four (4) feet in width for the purpose of installing, using and maintaining sanitary and storm sewers extending from the westerly boundary line of the above-described parcel to Washington Avenue, as described in the aforementioned deed recorded in Deed Book 459, at page 287.
The sale shall be made on such terms and conditions, including time of conveyance, as approved by the Trustees, but after the date of this notice.
