NOTICE OF REQUEST FOR QUALIFICATIONS FOR PROFESSIONAL ENVIRONMENTAL
SERVICES

Belomar Regional Council, along with coalition partners, Wheeling Heritage and Belmont County Port Authority are seeking a qualified environmental consultant to provide site inventory assistance, environmental assessment, public outreach and assist with program implementation related to an Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) Brownfield Assessment Coalition Grant.

The purpose of the competitive process is to objectively select an individual/firm who will provide the highest quality service at a realistic fee. Accordingly, technical qualifications and related prior experience will be weighted heavily. Selected individual/firms will be interviewed, and the individual/firm judged most qualified will be asked to prepare a proposal including fixed fees for said services.

The submission envelope should be clearly marked Request for Qualifications for Professional Environmental Services EPA Brownfield Assessment Project. The deadline for submission is Friday, August 27, 2021, at 3:00 p.m. Please provide one (1) hard copy plus one (1) electronic copy in PDF format.
