The object of the above entitled action is for Irene Patricia Cubbon aka Patricia Irene Dearth to legally change her name to Patricia Irene Cubbon Dearth. And it appearing by an Affidavit filed in this action that no person will be injured by this action as there is no attempt to fraud.
A hearing of this matter will occur on January 27, 2016, at 11:00 a.m. before the Honorable James P. Mazzone at the Ohio County Courthouse, 1500 Chapline Street, Wheeling, West Virginia and may be reshceduled without further notice or publication. The name change petition is maintained at the Ohio County Circuit Clerk’s Office.
