The object of the above entitled action is for Daniel K. Marker to legally change his/her name to David I Francis III. Notice is hereby given that the undersigned will apply by petition tot he Circuit Court of Ohio County, West Virginia, for the entering of an Order by said Court for changing the name of Daniel K. Marker to David I. Francis III.
A hearing shall be held on the 17th day of Sept. 2021 at 10AM o’clock before the Honorable Judge Cuomo at the Ohio County Courthouse. Anyone interested may appear to protect their interest. The hearing may be rescheduled without further notice or publication.
