NOTICE TO CREDITORS OF THE DISSOLUTION OF JCM, INC.

TO ALL CREDITORS OF JCM, INC.:
You are hereby notified that JCM, Inc., a West Virginia corporation (the “Corporation”), commenced the process of voluntary dissolution with the West Virginia Secretary of State on August 18, 2021. The Corporation has ceased conducting business and intends to collect its assets, pay or make provision for payment of its obligations and liabilities, and distribute its remaining assets to the Corporation’s shareholders according to their interests.

Every claim against JCM, Inc. shall be itemized, verified by affidavit, accompanied by proper vouchers, and shall state the character of the claim and the amount thereof and from what date and on what items interest runs and at what percent per annum, and shall state further that the claim is just and true and that the creditor has not received any part of the money stated to be due or any security or satisfaction for the same, except what is credited. All persons having claims against JCM, Inc. should submit their claims in writing to the Corporation c/o Spilman Thomas & Battle, PLLC, Post Office Box 831, Wheeling, West Virginia 26003, on or before the one hundred twentieth (120th) day after the date of this publication. JCM, Inc. will pay, or make provision for payment, of valid claims for which it is liable, to the extent of its assets, on or before the one hundred eightieth (180th) day after the date of this publication. If any claim is rejected by the Corporation on grounds that it has no liability for payment, the person submitting the claim will be so notified on or before the one hundred eightieth (180th) day after the date of this publication.

Claims should be submitted even if the amount or existence of the liability of the Corporation is in doubt or has not been finally determined.

Pursuant to the West Virginia Business Corporation Act, West Virginia Code Section 31D-14- 1407, this notice is being published one time in a newspaper of general circulation in the county in which the Corporation’s principal office is located to notify persons who may have claims against the Corporation that are not known to the Corporation. All claims against the Corporation will be barred unless proceedings for the enforcement of the claim are commenced within five (5) years after the publication of this notice.
