NOTICE
The Wheeling Park Commission (WPC) is currently soliciting proposals with the intent to establish an Agency of Record for the facilitation of Advertising and Marketing services on behalf of WPC, Oglebay Resort, Oglebay and Wheeling Park in Wheeling, West Virginia. The successful firm shall be responsible for assisting senior management in the planning, development, creation and execution of the annual strategic and integrated advertising and marketing plan encompassing various marketing, public relations and advertising programs which will generate increased visitation and revenues for the parks and resort operations.
It is the intent of the WPC to obtain the services of a professional advertising / marketing firm for WPC, Oglebay, Oglebay Resort, and Wheeling Park for the period of December 1, 2021 through November 30, 2022 with an option to renew each year for four successive one year terms at WPC sole discretion.
Requests for a RFP Packet are to be in writing only and delivered to WPC either electronically or by US Postal Service by September 1, 2021 to the attention of Herb Faulkenberry, VP of Sales & Marketing, Wheeling Park
