The object of the above- entitled action is for Robert Herron, III, to legally change the name of Rosemary Anastasia McMurtry, to Rosemary Elizabeth Herron. Notice is hereby given that the undersigned will apply by Petition to the Circuit Court of Ohio County, West Virginia for the entering of an Order by said Court changing the name of Rosemary Anastasia McMurtry, to Rosemary Elizabeth Herron.
