Please take notice that on September 13, 2021 at 5:00 p.m. the Planning Commission will be conducting a public hearing to consider a request made by the City of Wheeling to construct a parking garage on lots 9, 10, and part of 11 in square 10 on the Plat of Old Town recorded in Deed Book 57 page 370, more commonly known as 1100-1118 Market Street, which is classified as a Special Use Permit in the D-1 Downtown Zoning District.
