PUBLIC COMMENTS
The Hagerstown/Eastern Panhandle MPO is
seeking comments on a proposed revision to the Unified Planning Work Program (UPWP) for
Fiscal Year 2022.
The UPWP lists the
transportation studies and tasks HEPMPO performs to support the metropolitan transportation planning process. The public
comment period for these revisions will begin on
Saturday September 18th and end at noon on
Tuesday October 19th. Those persons wishing to review the proposed revision may visit our website at www.hepmpo.net or find copies on display at the Washington County Free Library-Hagerstown, Martinsburg-Berkeley County Library and the Charles Town Library. Written comments may be mailed to the HEPMPO’s office (33 W. Washington Street, Suite 402,
