The object of the above entitled action is to seek an award of damages in the amount of $3,285.23 plus costs.
And it appearing by an affidavit filed in this action that the Defendant, Jeffrey Bennett, was not served, either personally or by way of service upon an appropriate family member, after services was twice attempted by the Sheriff of the county in which the Defendant resides or is located.
It is ordered that Jeffrey Bennett do serve upon Lee R. Demosky, Esquire, Meyer, Darragh, Buckler, Bebenek & Eck, P.L.L.C., 40 Pennsylvania Avenue, Suite 410, Greensburg, PA 15601 and to the Randolph County Magistrate Court,, whose address is 11 Randolph Avenue, Elkins, West Virginia 26241, an answer or other defense to the complaint filed in this action on or before October 29, 2021, otherwise judgment by default will be taken against Jeffrey Bennett at any time thereafter. A copy of said complaint can be obtained from the undersigned Clerk at the office.
