NOTICE OF FILING AND HEARING – BONDING BUSINESS
On September, 24, 2021, Allegheny Casualty Company, a New Jersey Corporation, by and through general agent, Herbert G Mitchell III, will present a “Petition For Authority To Engage In Bonding Business In The First Judicial Circuit.” The time and place for presentment is 10AM with the Honorable Judge Jason Cuomo at the Brooke County Courthouse, 632 Main Street ,Wellsburg, West Virginia. The Petitioner, a licensed surety company, seeks approval to conduct a surety bail business in accordance with state law for a period of one year. A copy of the Petition may be obtained with the First Circuit Clerk in Wheeling, WV. Any party compelled to object to Petitioner’s requested relief may appear at aforementioned time and place with his/her dissent.
