The Petitioner, the West Virginia Department of Health and Human Resources, has filed a Petition alleging abuse and neglect DAVID ORUM, putative biological father of infant O.L.K., whose date of birth is May 2, 2021 and UNKNOWN FATHER, of infant O.L.K., whose date of birth is May 2, 2021.
The Petitioner has filed a Petition alleging that DAVID ORUM or UNKNOWN FATHER, have abused and neglected, abandoned, or failed to provide for the care, custody and control of infant O.L.K., whose date of birth is May 2, 2021. It is ORDERED that DAVID ORUM or the UNKNOWN FATHER are notified that they may obtain a copy of the Petition from the Clerk of the Circuit Court of Ohio County, West Virginia, and they are further ORDERED to appear in the courtroom of the Honorable David J. Sims, Judge of the Circuit Court of Ohio County, West Virginia, Fifth Floor, Ohio County Courthouse, Wheeling, WV on the 6th day of October, 2021 at 11:00a.m. for a Adjudication and Disposition Hearing if they so desire to object or make other defenses to the Petition; otherwise the parental rights of DAVID ORUM, putative biological father of infant O.L.K., whose date of birth is May 2, 2021 and UNKNOWN FATHER, of infant O.L.K., whose date of birth is May 2, 2021, may be terminated.
