The Petitioner, the West Virginia Department of Health and Human Resources, has filed a Petition alleging abuse and neglect ROGER WILLIAMS, JR., biological father of infants A. W., whose date of birth is February 2, 2013, and R.W, whose date of birth is July 20, 2014 and JAMES CROWE, JR., biological father of infant H.A., whose date of birth is December 18, 2018.
The Petitioner has filed a Petition alleging that ROGER WILLIAMS, JR. and JAMES CROWE, JR., have abused and neglected, abandoned, or failed to provide for the care, custody and control of infants A.W., whose date of birth is February 2, 2013, R.W., whose date of birth is July 20, 2014, and H.A., whose date of birth is December 18, 2018. It is ORDERED that ROGER WILLIAMS, JR. and JAMES CROWE, JR. are notified that they may obtain a copy of the Petition from the Clerk of the Circuit Court of Ohio County, West Virginia, and they are further ORDERED to appear in the courtroom of the Honorable David J. Sims, Judge of the Circuit Court of Ohio County, West Virginia, Fifth Floor, Ohio County Courthouse, Wheeling, WV on the 6th day of October, 2021 at 10:30 a.m. for a Adjudication Hearing if they so desire to object or make other defenses to the Petition; otherwise the parental rights of ROGER WILLIAMS, JR., biological father of infants A. W., whose date of birth is February 2, 2013, and R.W, whose date of birth is July 20, 2014 and JAMES CROWE, JR., biological father of infant H.A., whose date of birth is December 18, 2018, may be terminated.
