Please take notice that on October 7, 2021, at 3:30 p.m. in City Council Chambers, Room 103, City-County Building, Wheeling, WV, the Historic Landmarks Commission will be conducting a public hearing to consider an application for Certificate of Appropriateness to review proposed changes to the facade of 655 Main Street in the North Wheeling Historic District, legally identified as Lot 32 lying on the west side of Main Street between 6th & 8th Streets.
