Please take notice that on the 18th of November, 2021, at 9:30 a.m. in City Council Chambers, Room 103, City-County Building, Wheeling, WV the Board of Zoning Appeals will meet to consider the application of Craig Glenn, 2206 Marshall Ave, variance(s) from schedule 4A: to reduce the side yard setback in the R-1C zone from 3′ to 1.5′. (2) from section 1335.11.h: to increase the allowed percentage of an accessory principal building from 50% to 56%. Purpose of request: add onto garage and install pool.
