Our water system violated State drinking water requirement. Even though these were not emergencies, you, as our customers, have a right to know what happened and what we did to correct the situation.
An on-site evaluation of our system is conducted on a regular basis. Results of the evaluation show significant deficiencies in our water system which must be addressed to the Office of Envirionmental Health Services – District Office. We did not correct these deficiencies by the required date and are therefore in violation.

What happened? What is being done? (Describe corrective action)
The Town of Triadelphia Water has received a significant deficiency in unaccounted for water loss. The system has been tracking the monthly unaccounted for water loss, by using Leak Protection to locate and repair water leaks, replacing and testing water meters, and verified the billing software for billing errors. The Town of Triadelphia is making every effort to correct this issue.
