Notice of Application
Notice is given that SWN Production (Ohio), LLC has
applied to the West Virginia Department of
nvironmental Protection, Division of Air Quality, for a
G70-D General Permit Modification for a natural gas
production facility (BUFFALO RUN) located in Wetzel
County, WV.
Directions: from WV-7 take Barker Run Rd and turn left.
Travel 3.6 miles on Barker Run then turn right onto N.
Fork Rd. Travel 2.2 miles then turn right onto Co RD
20/3. Travel 100 ft then turn left onto WV-20 S/Galmish
Rd/State Hwy 20. Travel 4.3 miles then turn right onto
Buffalo Run Rd. Access will be 2.2 miles ahead.

The applicant estimates the potential to discharge the
following Regulated Air Pollutants will be:
Nitrogen Oxides (NOx) 33.11 tons/yr
Carbon Monoxide (CO) 32.88 tons/yr

Sulfur Dioxide (SO2) 0.01 tons/yr

Operations are planned to begin on or about January
02, 2022. Written comments will be received by the
West Virginia Department of Environmental Protection,
Division of Air Quality, 601 57th Street, SE, Charleston,
WV 25304, for at least 30 calendar days from the date
of publication of this notice.
