Take notice that the subject of the aboved referenced
civil action is for Modification of M.W., by Petitioner,
Alissa West
And it appearing to the undersigned Clerk, from the
verified Affidavit filed herein, that the current residence
and whereabouts of Mikeal Craft is unknown to the
Affiant and Petitioner and cannot, with reasonable due
diligence, be ascertained. It is ORDERED that a hearing is scheduled for the 24th day of November 2021 at
1:15 pm, to be held before the Honorable Family Court
Judge, in his chambers at the Wetzel County
Courthouse, 200 Main street, New Martinsville, WV. The
Respondent shall serve upon the Circuit Clerk’s Office,
200 Main Street, New Martinsville, WV 26155, an
answer, including any related counterclaim or defense
you may have to Petition, otherwise, after proper
hearing, the Petitioner’s shall seek guardinship of M.W.
and judgement for the relief prayed for in said Petition.
A copy of the Petition filed herein may be obtained from
the undersigned Clerk at her Office, and in the
Courthouse in New Martinsville, Wetzel County,
West Virginia.
