Facilities are to serve approximately 750 persons in the Armstrong Public Service District – Deepwater service area, and convey wastewater to the Kanawha Falls Public Service District’s wastewater treatment plant for subsequent treatment and discharge to the Kanawha River at Mile Point 90.3. Business conducted: Public Service District Implementation: N/A On the basis of review of the application, the “Water Pollution Control Act (Chapter 22, Article 11-8(a)),” and the “West Virginia Legislative Rules,” the State of West Virginia will act on the above application. Any interested person may submit written comments on the draft permit and may request a public hearing by addressing such to the Director of the Division of Water and Waste Management within 30 days of the date of the public notice.
