Defendant, Eric Vasquez Garcia, under oath gave his work address as his address for service in June 2020, that she has not had any additional contact with him after July 2020 and that private
process service was
attempted at the last known work address of the Defendant, without success and that Plaintiff has no knowledge of any other address for a residence or work
location;
It is ADJUDGED, ORDERED and DECREED, upon consideration, that this Order of Publication is GRANTED;
It is ORDERED that the above-named Defendant, namely Eric Vasquez
Garcia, shall appear here on the 4th day of
February, 2022 at 9:00 a.m. after proper
publication of this Order, to protect his interest in this cause.
